We will process the data for the periods required by law for the particular type of documentation, e.g. Settlement documents for tax purposes, we will process for 5 years after the end of the year in which the tax obligation occurred, and to secure information in case of legal need to prove facts until the expiration of the statute of limitations for possible claims.

OLIN SP. Z O.O reserves the right to present products and services of third parties. Whenever an offer is presented and the Customer decides to purchase a particular product or service from a third party, OLIN SP. Z O.O requests permission to share personal data with this entity and provides comprehensive information related to this process. Upon sharing, the aforementioned third party becomes a recipient and at the same time a separate controller of personal data.

OLIN SP. Z O.O each time in its information clauses provided to you, informs you in detail about the recipients of your data. In the case of portals and sites that allow you to express your opinion about OLIN SP. Z O.O, conducted in social networks and other publicly available services, the recipients of the data may be other users of these services. Because we use third-party providers of tools and services, your personal data may be transferred to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area. We assure you that in such a case, the transfer of data will be based on an appropriate legal basis that allows the transfer of personal data to a third country.
